We have more than 4 years of experience hosting private parties for our clients. Our party hosting experience gives you the advantage of hosting a fun seamless and memorable event while allowing you to truly enjoy your time with the guest of honor and guests.  That's right moms and dads we are your one stop shop party place. WE TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR YOUR, right down to the ever so forgettable birthday candle.

  • Studio will open 15 min before party time.

  • Private studio parties can accommodate a total of 36 artists.

  • Reservations are required at least 15 days in advance and/or subject to availability.

  • Tipping our party staff is not mandatory, but it is encouraged; especially when they are doing a great job!10% cash recommendation.

  • Final rsvp number must be given 24 hours before the event. Kids canvases are pre-sketched. If kids do not show up to your party, you must pay for the number of kids who you rsvp'd for 24 hours before the event. Additional canvases cannot be added at the last minute. 

party policies

  • Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. Note that party times book quickly so if you are looking for a particular date and time, you must book well in advance. 

  • Once you have confirmed the date of your party with a 50% deposit, your party is booked. Deposits are non-refundable for cancelations within 3 weeks of the booked party. If you cancel your party within 3 weeks of event, you may receive credit for up to 3 months to rebook your event. 

  • Number of artist attending must be confirmed 24 hours prior to start of event. Full balance must be paid prior to event start for the confirmed number of artists.

  • All parties start and end on time. Please be mindful of parties starting before and after your scheduled time. If a party exceeds its allotted time, a charge of $50 per half hour will be added to the invoice.

cancelation policy

Once you have confirmed the date of your party with a 50% deposit, your party is booked. Deposits are non-refundable for cancelations within 3 weeks of the booked party.

Number of artist attending must be confirmed 24 hours prior to start of event. Full balance must be paid prior to event start for the confirmed number of artists.

Cost of custom ordered supplies and materials are 100% non-refundable.

If there is a severe weather advisory, the party will be canceled and rescheduled for a later date. Usually within a month or two in order to give your guests sufficient notice of new date.
