Paint your own pottery parties are the perfect party for kids who love the magic of creative painting and transformation. It is like meditation where kids get lost in the painting process. There is no wrong way to paint and all the pieces look wonderful no matter the experience or age of the child.

We have more than 3 years of experience hosting private parties for our clients. Our party hosting experience gives you the advantage of hosting a fun, seamless and memorable event while allowing you to truly enjoy your time with the guest of honor and guests.  That's right moms and dads we are your one stop shop party place. WE TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING FOR YOUR, right down to the ever so forgettable birthday candle.

what's included?

  • Our ceramics parties are 90 minutes long.

  • Party coordinator

  • All ceramic pieces are kiln fired. You can schedule to pick up your finished piece one week after your event.

  • All taxes and fees are included in prices.

  • 9" round ice cream cake (additional size or cupcakes available for additional cost)

  • 2 pizza pies (additional pies available for additional cost)

  • HONEST KIDS ORGANIC JUICE POUCHES

  • ages 7 and up Drop-off party only

  • ages 6 and under One parent per child guest can attend

  • 2 party assistants who will take care of everything from start to finish.

HOW IT WORKS:

  2. CHOOSE 3 PIECES OF CERAMICS FROM THAT PACKAGE 
    • All About Me Party: Birthday Child chooses from a wide selection of in-stock $25 & under ceramics, at the studio, 30 minutes prior to start of party.​
  3. CALL or BOOK YOUR PARTY ONLINE at least 3 weeks in advance for Deluxe Party, Rockin' Party and Under the Sea Party. These are custom ordered pieces and we need to ensure your ceramics safely arrive on time.
  4. CELEBRATE YOUR DAY!
  5. PICK UP YOUR CERAMICS ONE WEEK AFTER YOUR EVENT!

All About Me Party - $375 

up to 12 kids ~ $25 per additional child 

Birthday Child chooses 3 pieces from a wide selection of in-stock $25 and under ceramics, at the studio, 30 minutes prior to start of party. 

Save a Penny Party - $400

up to 12 kids ~ $28 each additional child

Tween/Teen Party!- $420 

up to 12 kids ~ $30 each additional child

Unicorn or Mermaid Theme - $450 

up to 12 kids ~ $35 each additional child

Ceramic Tea Party - $500

up to 12 kids ~ $32 each additional child

additional details

  • Studio will open 30 min before party time.

  • Private studio parties can accommodate a total of 35 artists.

  • Tipping our Assistants is not mandatory, but encouraged; especially when they are doing a great job!10% cash recommendation.

  • We have 1,500 sq. ft of private party space for your party.

  • Reservations are required at least 20 days in advance and/or subject to availability.

party policies

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required and will be applied to your total party bill. 

  • We assist with everything from helping the kids with their ceramic projects, to cake cutting, to cleaning up. You show up, we take care of the rest.

  • We are partners with many different distributors across the country; so, we have a very wide selection to choose from. If you do not find a particular piece in our gallery, just let us know what you wish for, and we are sure to find it for you

  • Parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. Note that party times book quickly so if you are looking for a particular date and time, you must book well in advance

  • Once you have confirmed the date of your party with a 50% deposit, your party is booked. Deposits are non-refundable for cancelations. Cost of custom ordered supplies and materials are 100% non-refundable. 

  • Number of artist attending must be confirmed 24 hours prior to start of event. Full balance must be paid prior to event start for the confirmed number of artists.

  • All parties start and end on time. Please be mindful of parties starting before and after your scheduled time. If a party exceeds its allowed time, a charge of $50 per half hour will be added to the invoice.
